Received first-instance judgment
After the first trial, I began a long wait. It was not until the morning of December 29, 2021 that I received the electronic delivery of the judgment. The email is roughly as follows:
Three months and a few days passed during this period, which was not a short time. During this period, although I was not in a hurry, I didn't know whether the case was handled or not because there was no progress notice. I was even worried that the staff might leave my case in a certain corner and forget to handle it. Since the judge contacted me before the first trial session, I took down the judge's phone number, so I tried to call the judge to contact me. However, dozens of phone calls were made but no one answered.
Later, I still called the 12368 hotline to ask if I could check the progress of the case. The staff member of 12368 said: I can help you leave a message for the judge. After leaving a message, the judge will find time to reply to you. Please tell me what you want to leave a message. So I left my question behind.
After an unknown amount of time, I received a phone call from the judge's assistant. She said: The judge saw your message, but she didn't have time to reply to you. She asked me to reply to you. The result of your case will probably be released in December. There is no guarantee, anyway, it will be released in December. I said: Okay.
My mood after winning the first trial
Every day on the way to work, I basically check my email. The email client I use on my mobile phone is Apple's own. I bind it to my QQ mailbox, and all my subscription emails will eventually be forwarded to this mailbox. And I check my mailbox almost every morning when I'm on the subway.
At 10:40 a.m. on December 29, 2021, I received an email notification of the judgment from Beijing Chaoyang People's Court in my mailbox. This email was sent later than the time when I checked it every day, so I didn't see it that day. Because I have already arrived at the company by this time, there is a high probability that I am in the middle of an early meeting.
The next day, on the morning of December 30, 2021, I was in the subway and saw this email. I was really excited at the time. I quickly opened it, browsed the content of the email with great concentration and dedication, and clicked the attachment link of the email to view the content of the judgment. (Because I saw that some links in the email have a 15-day access period, due to the strictness of a technician, I was worried that if this program had a BUG, the link would not be accessible once, which would be troublesome. So I downloaded the file to my mobile phone and uploaded it to the online disk)
The content of the judgment showed that I won the battle and the court rejected the company's lawsuit.

After receiving the successful verdict in the first instance, I was only happy and excited for a few seconds. After that, calm returned. Because it has been almost a year since the beginning. In the process, I have seen and experienced some things, and I have a new and relatively mature understanding and understanding of this thing. I can wait calmly and calmly and continue to participate in this matter. If nothing goes wrong, the company's legal affairs are already preparing materials for the second-instance appeal. What awaits me is to continue to respond to the lawsuit and the second trial.
